Structural features

Needle roller:The needle roller is machined with high precision and has strict dimensional tolerances and surface finish. Its shape is a slender cylinder with a large ratio of length to diameter to achieve a large load-bearing capacity in a limited space.

Inner and outer rings:The inner and outer rings are usually made of high-quality steel, and are precisely machined to ensure the dimensional and geometric accuracy of their inner diameter, outer diameter and raceway. The surface of the raceway is specially treated to improve its hardness and wear resistance, ensuring smooth rolling of the needle in the raceway.

Working principle

Carrying capacity:Machined needle roller bearings mainly bear radial loads. When the bearing is subjected to an external radial force, the needle roller rolls in the raceway and bears the load through rolling friction. Due to the linear contact between the needle roller and the raceway, the contact area is small, so under the same load, the contact stress is relatively large. However, due to the large number of needle rollers, the load can be dispersed, enabling the bearing to bear higher radial loads.

Rotation accuracy:During operation, the high-precision manufacturing of the machined needle roller bearing ensures its rotation accuracy. Under the guidance of the cage, the needle roller rolls smoothly along the raceways of the inner and outer rings, reducing the generation of vibration and noise. Lubrication and sealing:In order to ensure the normal operation of the bearing and prolong the service life, the machined needle roller bearing needs proper lubrication and sealing.
