Product introduction

A cylindrical roller bearing is a commonly used type of rolling bearing that has the following characteristics:

Structural features

Roller shape:The rolling element is a cylindrical roller. Compared with the spherical rolling element, the cylindrical roller and the raceway are in line contact and can withstand greater radial loads.

Cage:Common cages include stamped steel cages, nylon cages, and other materials and forms, which can evenly spaced and guided the rollers to ensure their stability during operation.

Working principle

Load bearing method:Mainly bearing radial loads, due to the linear contact characteristics of the roller, it has a high bearing capacity and a low friction coefficient when bearing radial forces, making it suitable for applications that require heavy loads and high-speed operation.

Automatic self-aligning ability:In general, the outer and inner raceways of cylindrical roller bearings are cylindrical and do not have the function of automatic centering. However, some specially designed cylindrical roller bearings, such as cylindrical roller bearings with spherical rollers, have a certain centering ability and can work normally when there is a slight angular deviation between the shaft and the bearing housing.

Application field

Industrial machinery:Widely used in various industrial machinery and equipment, such as machine tools, motors, fans, pumps, etc. In the machine tool spindle system, high-precision cylindrical roller bearings can ensure the rotation accuracy and load-bearing capacity of the spindle, meeting the requirements of high-speed cutting.

Automotive field:It is also widely used in automotive transmissions, engines, wheel hubs, etc. For example, cylindrical roller bearings in automotive transmissions need to withstand the impact loads caused by high-speed rotation and frequent gear shifts, while ensuring low noise and long life.

Heavy machinery:In heavy machinery and equipment such as large cranes and excavators, cylindrical roller bearings are used to bear huge weight and strong vibration. The working environment of these equipment is harsh, which requires extremely high reliability and durability of bearings.
