Product introduction

The outer spherical bearing is a variant of the deep groove ball bearing, which is characterized by the spherical surface of the outer diameter of the outer ring, which can be fitted into the corresponding concave spherical surface of the bearing housing to play a self-aligning role. It is mainly used to bear the combined radial and axial loads, which are mainly radial loads. Generally, it is not suitable to bear the axial load alone, and this bearing can be installed on the inner ring (with a full set of rollers and retainers) and the outer ring separately.

External spherical bearings are usually used in relatively rough machinery such as inaccurate installation and positioning, poor axis centricity between the shaft and the seat hole, or long shaft and large deflection. It is widely used in agricultural machinery, transportation systems or construction machinery and other equipment.

There are many types of outer spherical bearings, including outer spherical ball bearings with top wire, outer spherical ball bearings with taper, and outer spherical ball bearings with eccentric sleeves. An outer spherical bearing with a seat is a bearing unit that combines a rolling bearing with a bearing seat. Most outer spherical bearings make a spherical surface with an outer diameter and are installed together with a bearing seat with a spherical inner hole. There are various structural forms, good versatility and interchangeability. Commonly used bearing seats include vertical seat (P), square seat (F), boss square seat (FS), boss round seat (FC), diamond seat (FL), slider seat (T), etc.

The bearing housing unit is a component composed of the bearing housing and the bearing. The bearing housing plays the role of supporting and fixing the bearing, so that the bearing can operate normally in a specific position. Different types of bearing housing are suitable for different working conditions and installation requirements. For example, the integral bearing housing usually has high rigidity and is suitable for applications that bear large loads; the split bearing housing is easy to install and remove, which can save time and effort during equipment maintenance; the sliding bearing housing is suitable for some applications that do not require high speed but need to bear large radial loads.

When selecting the outer spherical bearing and bearing housing unit, it is necessary to consider the specific working conditions, load conditions, speed requirements, installation space and other factors of the equipment to ensure that the appropriate model and specifications are selected to ensure the normal operation and service life of the equipment. At the same time, regular maintenance and maintenance are also very important for the performance and life of the outer spherical bearing and bearing housing unit, including checking the wear of the bearing, replenishing grease, checking the sealing performance, etc. If abnormal noise, vibration or overheating are found during use, the machine should be stopped for inspection in time to find out the problem and carry out corresponding repair or replacement.
