Product introduction

The

The lead screw support bearing is a key component used to support the lead screw and plays an important role in the mechanical transmission system. Common types include:

Single row angular contact ball bearings:

Structural features:The rolling element of this bearing is a ball and can withstand radial and axial loads. Its contact angle is usually 15 °, 25 ° or 40 °, etc. The larger the contact angle, the stronger the ability to withstand axial loads.

Working principle:Friction is reduced by rolling contact between the ball and the raceway. When subjected to axial load, the ball rolls along the raceway, generating relatively little friction, allowing the bearing to rotate flexibly while withstanding a certain axial force.

Application scenario:It is widely used in various occasions that require precise transmission, such as numerical control machine tools, precision instruments, etc. In these devices, the screw needs high-precision support and guidance, and the single-row angular contact ball bearing can meet its requirements for accuracy and load-bearing capacity.

Double row angular contact ball bearings:

Structural features:With two rows of balls, the contact angle is usually 15 °, 25 °, or 40 °, etc., capable of simultaneously withstanding large radial loads and bidirectional axial loads.

Working principle:Similar to single row angular contact ball bearings, low friction motion is achieved by rolling the ball. Due to the two rows of balls, its load-bearing capacity is higher than that of single row angular contact ball bearings, and its stability under bidirectional axial loads is better.

Application scenario:It is often used in equipment that requires high load-bearing capacity and accuracy, such as large machine tools, heavy machinery, etc. In these equipment, the lead screw needs to bear a large load, and double-row angular contact ball bearings can provide reliable support.

Needle roller/thrust needle roller bearings:

Structural features:The rolling elements of needle roller bearings are slender needle rollers, while thrust needle roller bearings are designed to withstand axial loads. They are compact and have a small outer diameter, providing greater load-bearing capacity in limited spaces.

Working principle:The needle roller rolls on the raceway, because of the slender shape of the needle roller, it has a high bearing capacity when bearing radial load. The thrust needle roller bearing bears the axial force through the rolling of the thrust needle roller.

Application scenario:It is suitable for applications where space is limited and large radial or axial loads are required, such as automotive transmissions, small machinery, etc. In the screw support, when the radial space is limited, but certain radial and axial loads are required, the needle roller/thrust needle roller bearing is a better choice.

Thrust cylindrical roller bearing:

Structural features:The rolling element is a cylindrical roller, which is mainly used to bear axial loads and has high axial bearing capacity and stiffness.

Working principle:The cylindrical rollers roll on the raceway, converting sliding friction into rolling friction, reducing friction and energy loss. When bearing axial loads, the rollers can distribute the load evenly, improving the bearing capacity and service life.

Application scenario:It is often used in applications that require extremely high axial bearing capacity, such as large rolling mills, cranes, etc. In the screw support, if the screw mainly bears a large axial force, the thrust cylindrical roller bearing can provide stable support.

Bidirectional thrust angular contact ball bearing:

Structural features:It can be stressed in both directions, can withstand heavy loads, and has high rigidity. Usually, there are two structures of the outer ring with mounting holes and without mounting holes. The structure with mounting holes can be directly installed on the adjacent structure by bolts, eliminating the need to process the bearing end cover to match the bearing, which is more economical.

Working principle:Through the contact between the ball and the raceway, it bears axial loads in both directions, and at the same time has a certain radial bearing capacity to ensure the stability of the bearing under complex stress conditions.

Application scenario:Especially suitable for modern precision machinery for high precision and heavy load requirements of the occasion, such as high-precision numerical control machine tool screw support parts.
